SYNTHESE is an AI-focused content and tools platform providing curated news, analysis, prompt resources, a community directory of AI tools, and a space for registered users to submit articles, engage with content, and maintain public profiles. Content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice of any kind.

3. Accounts and Authentication

You may create an account by signing in with Google. By doing so, you authorize us to access the profile information described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activity that occurs under your SYNTHESE account. You must:

• Provide accurate information when setting up your profile.
• Choose a username that does not impersonate another person or entity.
• Not create multiple accounts for the purpose of evading moderation.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

4. User-Generated Content

Registered users may submit articles and other content to the Site. By submitting content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit.
• Your content does not infringe the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party.
• Your content does not contain unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material.

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant SYNTHESE a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content on the Site and in promotional materials. You may request removal of your submitted content at any time by contacting us.

All submissions are subject to editorial review. We reserve the right to reject, modify, or remove any submission at our sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.

5. AI-Generated and AI-Assisted Content

Parts of the Site may be generated, summarised, ranked, or edited with the assistance of artificial intelligence systems using public sources, licensed materials, editor prompts, and internal review workflows. AI-assisted content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, outdated information, or accidental similarities to existing works. Unless expressly stated otherwise, any quoted, summarised, or synthesised views appearing in such content are provided for informational purposes and do not necessarily represent the views of SYNTHESE or its operators.

6. Intellectual Property

• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users.

10. AI Output Usage, User Responsibility, and Indemnification

We do not warrant that AI outputs, summaries, or source references will be complete, current, non-infringing, or fit for any particular purpose.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SYNTHESE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Site or its content. To the extent any direct liability cannot be disclaimed, SYNTHESE's aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid, if any, to use the Site during the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may also suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon account deletion, your profile and engagement data will be removed. Published submissions may be retained in an anonymised form unless you specifically request their removal.
